Hopkins County is home to some of the state’s leading medical facilities including a 410-bed hospital, two health clinics, women’s health care center, cancer center, heart and vascular center, several rehabilitation centers, and nine convalescent centers with 800 beds.
Nearly 150 physicians provide health care in Hopkins County in over 50 specialties. Two dialysis centers and two rehabilitation centers serve the county. The Integrated Nursing program at Madisonville Community College provides licenses for both LPN and RN areas of study.
